February Workout tips directly from Amr Diab:

"One of the best workouts i like is the chest and shoulder workout because in my opinion, it is the first thing that makes you notice whether a man is fit and toned or not" Says Amr Diab


This month's exercise features Amr Diab's Chest & Shoulder workout:


1) Warm up for 5 minutes

2) Six sets of 15 repetitions, rest 30 seconds between the first three sets, and then 5 minutes before you start the fourth set, and continue resting 30 seconds between the last three sets

3) Stretch your arms after the workout for 10 minutes


February 's healthy eating tips directly from Amr Diab:


"One of the best dishes i like is the spicy grilled shrimps with steamed rice. I don't eat meat or chicken so my protein take of the day comes from seafood or plants" Says Amr Diab.

Shrimps is of the greatest food to your body, its low in calorie and fat and is a great source of Vitamin B12, protein and iron, However its high in cholesterol content so you must not have it everyday
