April Work-out tips DIRECTLY from Amr Diab:


"Working out your abs is one of the hardest things to do, as it does not only depend on the workout you do, it also depends on what you eat, you can have a six-pack and its hidden under your body fat" Says Amr Diab

Abs workout doesn't only depend on how many sit-ups or crunches you do, it also depends on eating a low calorie diet and burning total body fat

April's workout features working out your upper abs:

1) Lie down straight on the floor
2) Bend your knees to a 45 degrees angle
3) Put your hand behind your head
4) Lift up your head as far as you can towards the knees and slowly go back down (DO NOT lift your head with your hands, your hands is only for support of the neck)
5) Repeat for 25 times for 4 sets (Total of 100 sit-ups). Do not rest more than 10 seconds between every set

"I like to workout when i wake up in the morning, so i focus on having a snack before my workout to give me energy for my workout" Says Amr Diab

"My favorite snack before workout is a glass of green tea and one banana. Drinking green tea is a great way of burning fat and losing weight" Says Amr Diab

Studies have shown that Green tea is considered to be one of the best ways to burn fat, it also increase your metabolism which make the body burn more calories. You should drink at least one or two glasses of green tea a day
